GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE MEETINGS
YOU WILL NEED...
KEEP IN MIND THESE THINGS...
- Computer or Smartphone
- Reliable internet connection (Note: video meetings are data intensive, so please use WiFi if using your smartphone to avoid using up your data plan)
- Webcam (Note: most laptops have an integrated webcam, smartphones have an integrated camera. If you are using a desktop computer you can purchase a webcam separately)
- Audio (Note: you can use your computer's audio or your smartphone's audio. To improve the quality of your audio, consider getting a dedicated headset if you are having a lot of online meetings)
KEEP IN MIND THESE THINGS...
- No eating during the meeting
- Wear appropriate clothing
- Good lighting (if possible)
- No driving (it is unsafe to join the meeting while driving your car)
- Be in a quiet room
- Don’t pick your nose or make other distracting body motions
- If possible, wear an audio headset so we can hear you as clearly as possible
