Craig S. - Vice President of Membership
Craig joined Toastmasters in June 2022 in an effort to expand and deepen his skills as a leader, speaker and evaluator at St. Paul’s Senior Services. His boss and mentor at St. Paul’s, Todd Kaprielian, is a longtime Toastmaster with the Smooth Talkers Club, presently serving as their VP of Public Relations and having been past President and Area Director. He encouraged and supported Craig’s participation, knowing the value it would bring to both Craig’s professional and personal life. Craig is excited about his new position as VP of Membership and has already recruited a few friends and some co-workers at St. Paul’s. Craig and Todd promote Toastmasters every month at St. Paul’s New Hire Orientation. Megan K. - Club Mentor
Megan K Came to Toastmasters to overcome her intense fear of public speaking, find ways to share about Mental Health and to finally find out what Toastmasters was all about. Happy to announce;she did all that and more. She served as an Area Director in 2020 and Competed in the Area Speech Contest in the Evaluation Portion. In 2021 she discovered a true gifting for caring for cats and dogs and travels doing so. The Monday Meetings and community she has connected with at our Careerbuilders Club has been one of a consistent safe place to arrive at. It’s been a sources of encouragement to keep sharing her voice, practice speaking and participate in meetings. She believes that, even if our Voices shake they can move Mountains. We all have stories inside of us, and knows that we all deserve the opportunity to share them. |
